Allison's Anole

Allison found a wonderful lizard, an anole, in her yard this week and brought it to share with us! She has been feeding it crickets and giving it lots of great places to hide! The most fascinating characteristic of the anole is its ability to change color in order to camouflage (or blend in with its surroundings)! Here is a picture of Allison with her anole:
